A Late Diploid Designed For Silage
With a later heading date of June 6th, a variety like Silago is a valuable addition to a silage or cut & graze mixture. Using Silago will help maintain a leafier sward longer into the season, give flexibility in cutting dates and deliver improved digestibility in the pit or bale.
As a Diploid variety, Silago will produce a good dense sward to boost persistence under both cutting and grazing.
