Dr. Hurley of Rutgers University is known as the bentgrass doctor and has been breeding Improved bentgrasses since 1982 which include the advanced generation variety 007XL. 007XL Creeping Bentgrass has the greatest opportunity for success in cool season climates for grassing greens, tees and fairways.
